Kirit has been involved in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years.  His hotel experience has involved everything from acquisitions, dispositions and development to financing and marketing.  Kirit’s background with Corporate America and his Entrepreneurial spirit, give him a unique perspective in today’s dynamic and challenging hotel market.  As co-founder and Principal of ROHM Group Kirit’s primary responsibility is to provide marketing, legal and sales insight.

Kirit also plays a critical role in corporate strategy including developing client beneficial alliances.

Kirit also co-founded and serves as Principal of Hospitality Asset Procurers, LLC (HAP), a hotel consulting company focused on finding quality hotel assets and providing a turnkey acquisition service for their clients once the asset is qualified as a viable purchase.

Kirit’s corporate experience comes from serving in several positions with, Bowne of Atlanta a division of Bowne & Co., a NYSE listed Corporation.  Bowne & Co. was founded in 1775 and has evolved in recent years into a fully integrated, diversified global provider of high-value financial communications.  Major investment banks, law firms, financial services institutions and corporations trust Bowne for their financial communications needs.

In his tenure with Bowne, Kirit has personally been involved with over 30 IPOs and more than 50 M&A deals.  Including several of which were Real Estate / Lodging companies.

Kirit is very active in the business and civic community in Atlanta; he serves as an Executive Member on the Board of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), he is on the Board of Leuva Patidar Samaj of Georgia, he is involved with or a member of the Georgia Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Corporate Secretaries of Georgia, AAHOA and ACE, to name a few.  He also dedicates time to help with a variety of charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and meals on wheels program.
